How Much Does a Photoshoot or Studio Rental Cost in Quezon City?

These are estimates. The live estimator on our booking page always shows the current numbers, and the official quotation we email after checking your dates is final. Sending a request is free: nothing is charged when you submit.
Where the studio is and what the space is like
DropBy Studios is a photography studio on the 3rd floor of 26-A Magat Salamat Street, Project 4, Quezon City. The space is about 100 sqm with large windows, so you get natural light, plus blackout curtains when you need to control it. We are open 7 AM to 6 PM, by appointment only, and two parking slots come with every booking.
One thing to plan for: the studio is on the third floor and reached by stairs only, which matters for heavy equipment and elderly guests.
Studio rental: two options
A rental gives you the space, and you bring your own photographer, videographer or production team.
Creative Studio Rental, for photo shoots, video shoots and content creation
Rates per hour: Weekday PHP 1,700, Weekend PHP 1,800, Holiday PHP 1,900
Minimum of 3 hours, so from PHP 5,100 on a weekday
Includes the whole studio, basic lighting equipment, a standard white backdrop, one colored paper background, modular furniture, a private dressing room, a staff member on site and two parking slots
Includes 15 minutes each of setup and pack-up time
Add-ons: extra colored paper at PHP 1,000 per sheet, and a movable background at PHP 1,000
Private Event Rental, for birthdays, workshops, rehearsals and small gatherings
4 hours PHP 10,000, 8 hours PHP 18,000, 12 hours PHP 26,000
Fits up to 30 to 35 guests
Includes modular tables, chairs and stools, a Bluetooth speaker, a TV, kitchen access with a pantry, and a staff member on site
You can bring your own suppliers and decorations. Share your setup with us in advance.
Final rates may vary with the event setup and electrical load. Extra time is PHP 1,800 per hour, up to 3 extra hours.
Photoshoot packages: a photographer and creative team included
Our Creative Services include a lead photographer, a creative team and creative direction, so you do not need to know how to pose. We guide you from the setup to the final shots. Most packages include complimentary edited photos (basic clean-up, no heavy manipulation), and you also receive the raw colorized photos from your session through Google Drive or your own hard drive.
Portrait Session, 1 person: PHP 13,500. For personal portraits, solo milestones and personal branding.
Duo Session, 2 people: PHP 18,500. For couples, best friends and creative partners.
Sama-Sama Session, groups: from PHP 12,500 for 3 to 5 people, plus PHP 3,000 for 6 to 10 and PHP 6,000 for 11 to 15+. For family and barkada photoshoots. Groups of 20 or more are possible by inquiry.
Executive Session, corporate: from PHP 17,500 for 2 to 5 people with 1 layout, plus PHP 5,000 for 6 to 10+ people and PHP 12,000 for 2 layouts per person. For headshots, company profiles and team portraits.
Want hair and makeup? Portrait and Duo sessions have an optional Plus package with a hair and makeup artist (1 look per person): PHP 10,000 more for Portrait and PHP 9,000 more for Duo. Extra edited photos start at PHP 1,000 each, and bringing a pet along is PHP 500 per pet.
Product and brand photography, quoted per project
For product catalogues, styled product shots, on-model shoots and full brand campaigns, send us a creative brief: your products, preferred layouts, talent needs, shoot date and deliverables. We can also hop on an exploratory call to design what your brand needs. Brand campaigns can include creative direction, styling and production, and we send a customised quotation.
Rental or photoshoot package: how to choose
Choose a rental if you already have a photographer or team and need the space, lights and backdrops.
Choose a photoshoot package if you want us to handle the photographer, the direction and the edited photos.
Choose Private Event Rental if you are hosting a gathering, workshop or rehearsal rather than a shoot.

How booking works
Open the booking page and choose Rental Services or Creative Services.
Pick your package, group size or hours, and add-ons. The estimate updates as you go.
Enter your contact details, one preferred date and two alternative dates.
Submit your request. No payment is taken yet.
We check availability and email an official quotation with a breakdown of costs and inclusions.
Tips for a smoother shoot
Send pegs, mood boards or reference photos ahead, so our creative team can plan backgrounds, lighting and direction.
Arrive about 15 minutes early so you can settle in.
Bring outfits that fit well and feel like you. Solid colors are a safe start.
Bringing a pet? Pets are welcome, just tell us in advance.
Renting the studio? Share your planned setup first. Flammable items, paint, smoke bombs, sand and fine confetti are not allowed.

Where is DropBy Studios?
We are at 3F, 26-A Magat Salamat Street, Project 4, Quezon City. You can find us on Google Maps, Waze and Grab.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All studio visits, photoshoots and rentals are by appointment only. If you are planning an event, workshop or larger production, you can book an ocular visit before booking.
Is parking available?
Two parking slots come with each booking, and there is more parking at nearby establishments.
Is there an elevator?
Not at the moment. The studio is on the third floor and reached by stairs.
Can I bring my own photographer?
Yes. A studio rental gives you the space to work with your own photographer or production team. You can bring your own cameras, lighting and props too.
Is DropBy Studios pet-friendly?
Yes. Pets are welcome during rentals and photoshoot packages. Pet fees and guidelines apply, so let us know in advance.
